Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics
ISO 22716 establishes guidelines for the production, control, storage, and shipment of cosmetic products. Our facility has maintained this certification continuously since 2015, ensuring every batch meets international quality benchmarks.
GMPC Certified
Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics (China)
China's GMPC standard mirrors EU GMP requirements and is mandatory for export-grade cosmetics manufacturing. Our Class 100,000 clean room facility exceeds the minimum requirements, ensuring sterile, contamination-free production environments.
EU Regulation 1223/2009
European Cosmetics Regulation Compliance
All SEYE OEM formulations are developed in compliance with EU Regulation 1223/2009, the primary legislation governing cosmetic products in the European Union. This includes full ingredient safety assessment, CPNP notification support, and SDS documentation.

Cruelty-Free & Vegan
No Animal Testing — Vegan-Friendly Formulations
SEYE does not conduct or commission animal testing on any of our cosmetic formulations. Our standard OEM product lines are vegan-friendly, using only plant-derived and synthetic ingredients. We provide cruelty-free declarations for all export orders.
Third-Party Lab Testing
Independent Safety & Efficacy Testing
Every OEM batch undergoes rigorous third-party testing through internationally accredited laboratories including SGS, Intertek, and Eurofins. Tests include microbiological safety, heavy metal screening, preservative efficacy, stability, and dermatological patch testing.
BSCI Audited
Business Social Compliance Initiative
SEYE has successfully passed the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) audit, demonstrating our commitment to ethical business practices, fair labor conditions, and safe working environments. This certification is required by many European and North American retail buyers.
